This adorable mitten, scarf and headband set for a small child is made from handspun angora plied with merino in worsted weight and hand-dyed a 'light & dark' lavender. The light and dark results from the different way that angora and merino take up dye leaving the yarn with this interesting pattern.
The headband is 3 inches (7cm) wide and about 18 inches (45.5cm) in circumference.
The scarf is 3 inches wide (7cm) and 43.5 inches (110.5cm) long. The fringe is 3 inches long on either end.
The mittens are 7 inches (17.5cm) long from fingertip to wrist and 3.75 inches (9cm) wide at the widest part.
The set weighs 6 ounces (171gm).
