All of my angora yarn is handspun by me. I use no less than a three inch staple with a slight overtwist to avoid shedding or unraveling.
It is stored with herbs and spices such as lavender, pennyroyal, sage, thyme and lemon grass, giving it a pleasing aroma.
Most of my skeins are wound in 50 yard lengths. Two skeins, (100 yards) is enough to knit your very own Angora scarf or a pair of fingerless texting mitts. An 80 yard skein is enough to knit a hat.

Handspun Angora pricing is determined by weight, yardage and by whether it is natural, dyed or handpainted. Most skeins are in 50 yard lengths unless otherwise stated. Lace-weight angora is more costly per ounce due to the extra time it takes to spin.
