All of my angora yarn is handspun by me. I am careful to use no less than a three inch staple with a slight overtwist to avoid shedding or unraveling.
It is stored with herbs and spices such as lavender, pennyroyal, sage, thyme and lemon grass, giving it a pleasing aroma.

Handspun Angora pricing is determined by weight, yardage and by whether it is natural, dyed or handpainted. Most skeins are in 50 yard lengths unless otherwise stated. Lace-weight angora is more costly per ounce due to the extra time it takes to spin.
Prices have recently increased slightly due to the rising costs of hay, feed and material for new hutches.
